I have drank liters of rich, smooth coffee. I have eaten pounds of sweet treats dripping with honey and covered with sugar and chocolate. I have devoured traditional meals cooked to perfection. I have strolled along the ancient cobble stone streets –  Waking up in a city that is almost 3500 years old, never gets old.

Athens is the capital city of Greece. No other country has stolen my heart like Greece. Greece is the perfect blend of old world charm and new world pleasures.

The food is cheap- a gyro and drink will cost under 5 euros. It will be bursting with flavor and freshness. Available at any street corner.

The people are warm, just like the summer sun. Most Grecian’s speak English and are happy to communicate with tourists.
